He ran a very successfull violin shop in Coral Gabels Florida and recently retired. We acquired over a dozen violin from him recently on consignment. Mr. Schurgers work is refined and elegant, having dealt with so many Stradivaris at Duffys its no wonder his work is so good. Very elegant violin with superior tone.
